Created a Context-Based Image Processing System using machine learning where users can upload medical records and CT scan images for analysis. A modern solution for medical diagnosis and research, enabling automated classification, similarity-based retrieval, and detailed insights for efficient disease detection and case comparison.
Users can upload medical records (for diabetes) or CT scan images (for COVID-19) for analysis. The system applies preprocessing techniques like feature scaling, denoising, and edge detection to enhance data quality. SVM classifies diabetes based on medical parameters, while CNN detects COVID-19 using deep learning. A CBIR system compares CT scans with past cases to identify similar medical conditions. Results, including diabetes probability and COVID-19 classification, are displayed in a Tkinter GUI, with processed images and data stored for future analysis
